Use data and analytics? I'm a frequent Starbucks customer and realize how much data Starbucks has about me; I also tweet a lot. If you follow up, it would be interesting to know how Starbucks incorporates tweets, smartphone app data (i.e. some geeks customize and save drinks in the app without mentioning the name), and my thoughts on Starbucks Ideas Great.
